After coming up with community building exercises aimed at strengthening the community during the Covid-19 crisis, PM Narendra Modi now suggests an ‘AEIOU’ approach for the youth of India to adjust to work and life after the corona virus. ‘AEIOU’ stands for adaptability, efficiency, inclusivity, opportunity and universalism.   1. Indigo-ing The Distance For Its Employees

A month after announcing that salaries of all its employees would be slashed in order to counter the drop in revenue due to the global shutdown of the aviation industry over the COVID-19 pandemic, IndiGo Airlines has now rolled back the salary cut for its employees, in keeping with the government’s wishes of not reducing employee’s pay during the lockdown.
